- Key Deposit is refundable if returned no later than the day the mail box rental expires.
- Rental of box includes one box and one front door key.
- Box rate will be upgraded to next box size when excessive mail and parcel received.
- Mail forwarding fees - $6.00 per forwarding, plus postage fees or shipping vendor fees.
- List of names: Small Box – 2 names, Small Bussiness – 3 names, Medium – 5 names, Corporate – 8 names.
- Extra names $7/month per extra name.
- No refunds at any time of cancelation.
- $2 per Parcel, monthly if stays more than 7 days at office.
